San Antonio Part 3

For our last full day in San Antonio we decided to take it easy...so we slept in until about 10!!  We were all so exhausted from Sea World so it was nice to get a good night's sleep.  When we got up and moving around we headed over to see the Alamo and then to the San Antonio Children's Museum that had really great reviews online.  We had a fun morning and were grateful to see the Alamo early because it was VERY hot.  Here are some of our pictures from the Alamo and the museum!!

Walking on the Riverwalk headed to the Museum...such a sassy little walk!!
Briley's favorite part by far was the HEB grocery store where kids had their own grocery carts to shop till they dropped!!

We also liked to play on the big boat...
Go down the slide and climb through tunnels...
Wait for the balls to drop on us...
Fly an airplane...
Stand in a big bubble...
...and last but not least be a train conductor!!
She had so much fun at the SA Children's Museum.  There may have been a fit or two when we left!!
After walking around a little more downtown we decided to head back to the hotel to take naps and figure out our evening plans.  We though about eating a nice dinner on the Riverwalk again but we knew that wouldn't be much fun for Briley.  So I casually mentioned to Daniel, why don't we go to Sea World for the night again since we get in free and he thought it was a great idea!!  He agreed with me that since we both had a free pass and seeing how much fun she had yesterday we thought what better way to end our trip?!?!

We decided to make this trip to Sea World a little easier on us and we didn't take much into the park, including our camera, and I knew I would have my phone in case I needed to snap a few pictures.  Well of course I needed it because our little girl got to ride on her first Ferris Wheel with her Daddy!!  This was at the Bay of Play park!!
She has some more fun at the Splash Park too!!
While Daniel and I were sitting watching our sweet little girl have a wonderful time, our other sweet little girl gave us a rainbow :)  I showed this picture in her 4 month post but have to share it again!!
It was the perfect ending to a perfect trip!!

We had the best time as a family and made some wonderful memories.  I know this will not be our last trip to Sea World!!

Friday morning we got up and headed home.  We stopped in Austin to see my very special friend, Jamie, her husband John David, and their two little boys, Caleb and Eli.  Caleb is 2.5, Eli will be 1 this month, and she is due with their first girl at the end of September!!  She amazes me with what a wonderful Christian mother and wife she is.  Love you Jamie and so glad we were able to stop and see your sweet family!!
 Sweet Elijah!!
Caleb and Briley playing in his tent :)
Having fun with the dancing duck!!
 Our sweet babies!!

I promised Jamie no pictures but I have to post one of us...I'm looking pretty awful but posting this one in the name of friendship :)
Hugs goodbye!

Well that's it!!  My trip posts are complete.  I will never forget this trip with my family.  It was a much needed getaway.  I can't wait to see what special memories God has in store for us on future vacations!!

In Christ's Love,
