Easter weekend

We had such a BLESSED Easter weekend.   On Saturday we celebrated with a spring family day at our church and dyed Easter eggs with Auntie that evening.  Warning LOTS of pictures!!

  I LOVE these pictures of our family Easter morning.  My Mom found Briley's dress first so we went with the pink theme.  I can't wait to be holding Delaney next year in these pictures!!

 24 weeks with Miss Delaney Hope...I'm 26 now!!!  :)

After a beautiful church service and persuading my husband to help me watch 2 year olds because I was short on volunteers ;) We headed to the cemetery to see Nonnie and Hadley.

 She did not want her picture taken but even her sassy little face turned out so pretty!!

We then headed to Daniel's Nanny's for a yummy lunch and Easter egg hunt for the kiddos...

She did VERY well!!   After Nanny's we stopped by my Mom and Dad's to visit and my Mom had another Easter egg hunt ready for Briley of course. 

  I have to end with a comparison of Easter today and years passed.  I'm so thankful for our growing girl and growing family.  I miss Hadley so much but I'm so humbled to know she is with our RISEN KING!!

Delaney and Jude

My best friend Tracy and I were pregnant with our girls (Elliott and Briley) at the same time and now we are lucky enough to be pregnant again together!!

Last time I was 11 weeks ahead of her and this time she is 11 weeks ahead of me!!  I love having someone to text, call, laugh with, cry with, and just share all the emotions that come with being pregnant :)   She is due early May with her sweet little boy Jude and we had some pictures taken last week of our girls and Delaney and Jude!!

 

  I LOVE how they turned out and I will cherish these pictures forever!!

  Apparently I can't find the time to blog lately :(  But I want to make sure and at least get some pictures up!!     Life is wonderful, busy, and blessed...   Thanking God everyday for this pregnancy and how much He is covering me with His love.

19 weeks  

Meet Delaney Hope :)   Delaney is after Hadley and Tammie's middle name, D'Layne and Hope is because she is the hope and healing God is giving our family this year!! We celebrated my sweet Hadley's 2nd birthday.  I will have another post on that soon but here are a few of my favorite pics from her balloon release.

The day before Hadley's birthday we took Briley to Great Wolf Lodge to have some family time...she had a BLAST!!!

This week we started our Easter festivities with an Egg Hunt at Briley's preschool...

This weekend we have an Easter Family Day on Saturday at church and then of course church on Sunday and visiting with family to celebrate that HE LIVES!!

 

I will be 24 weeks on Saturday which is considered "viability".  God's timing with this pregnancy is beautiful and perfect...so thankful for new beginnings this Easter season.

Forever love

"So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.  And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God." ~Ephesians 3:17-19   I was reading in my bible tonight and came across this verse in Ephesians.  It's like a love letter isn't it?  Doesn't that just describe a perfect and forever love? My prayer tonight is that you know this love.  If your still searching for it just know He will NEVER turn His back on you.  He wants more than anything for you to know this perfect and forever love.     He has shown me this forever love so many times...
I can feel it every time I look at Daniel.
When I hear Briley tell me she loves me.
When I think of holding Hadley the night she was born.   When I look at the beautiful sonogram of our 3rd sweet girl.   I don't feel worthy of this love, but I'm SO thankful for it.  
I can't fully grasp how wide, long, high, and deep this forever love is.  But God gives us little glimpses all the time.  If your struggling with believing in His love I urge you to think about it the next time you feel pure happiness or incredible pain.     In this fallen, broken, and changing world His perfect and forever love never leaves us.   I can't think of receiving a better love letter than that on this Valentine's Day.   My glimpses of His love...

 

My heart will fully grasp this love when I am forever in His presence.

Still here!!

WOW!!  Over a month since I have last blogged.  As we all know life happens and sadly I haven't set aside time to blog.  But that is over!!  I miss blogging so much and I know I need it :)   The Bufe's are doing very well!!
In the past month we have....
-Got through the holidays and had a wonderful Christmas and New Years!! -Still haven't put our living room back together after having it painted...we have nothing on our walls.  Hopefully this month I can tackle that!! -Been sick...thank goodness nothing too bad.  Just low grade fevers and colds. -Been to the doctor SEVERAL times to see our sweet baby :) -Briley had a pancakes and pj's day at preschool -Celebrated Nonnie's 2nd year in Heaven -I turned 30!! -My sweet husband and wonderful Mom threw me a 30th birthday with family and friends -Went to a children's ministry conference -Briley and Daniel had a Daddy/Daughter date to the Ft. Worth Stock Show -Went to Daniel's Fireman Banquet
And last but not least found out the SEX of our baby :)
It's a............

GIRL!!!!!
We are so excited to welcome another sweet baby girl into our family.  Daniel and I have decided that all we make is girls :)  Briley is beside herself excited with having a baby sister to love and share all her toys with.  She promised she would!!  ;)
I think we are set on name but just figuring out spelling.  I will share that soon.
We were lucky to found out fairly early what this baby was because I am going to the doctor so often.  I'm 16 weeks 2 days as of today but thankfully every time we go in I'm measuring a couple days ahead of that.  She is a growing girl!!
The next two months are very critical for our sweet girl.  Please pray that she stays put and it's God's plan for us to bring a healthy full term baby home in July.  You can also pray for my anxiety.  I'm working on it, praying through it, and leaning on friends for support, but it's still tough.

I promise it won't be another month until you hear from me!!

Hope in 2013...

I thought I'd make my first post of 2013 a very special one...

We are so blessed and thankful to God for this baby.
Most of our family and friends know but I had to tell the blog world as well!!
