I promise I will finish up the grief project after Halloween...I want to share pictures of our fun weekend and Halloween preparations instead!!
Thursday we decorated and carved our pumpkins.  Daniel and Briley have done this together since her first Halloween.  Her and I started painting pumpkins together last year to add a new tradition :)
Saturday was our Fall Festival at church...Daniel and I worked most of it but we still managed to get some great pictures of our 'lil pirate!!

SUYL-Halloween Costumes

Taking a break from the grief project to link up with Kelly's Korner and her SUYL series.  Today is Halloween costumes and I love any reason to show pictures of my sweet cutie in her past Halloween outfits...
Halloween 2009
Briley was a dalmatian in honor of her firefighter Daddy!!
Halloween 2010
She was a traditional pumpkin...I loved this costume!!
Halloween 2011
She was the cutest Minnie Mouse ever!!
Halloween 2012
This is the costume she will wear tomorrow at our church festival and next Wednesday....
She is going to be Izzy from "Jake and the Neverland Pirates" on the Disney channel.  I was SO suprrised she didn't pick a princess but she insisted on this.  Her Daddy loves it!! ;)
Yesterday she was allowed to dress up for her dance class and so I let her pick out a dress up outfit in her playroom and she picked Belle.  I thought she looked so pretty!!
I love that she can pick her own costumes out makes it so fun!!

Day 25

Day 25 {Baby Shower/Blessing}
I didn't make it to my baby shower with Hadley.  I was in the hospital at 19 weeks and she was born at 23 weeks.  Her shower was going to be at the 30-31 week mark.
I knew that day was going to be hard when it came and I wasn't sure what I wanted to do...luckily my friends and family took care of it for me and surprised me with a spa day!!  It was so nice to be pampered and loved on.  That day was meant for Hadley and even though she wasn't physically there it was still all for her.  So thankful to my friend Tracy and my Mom for organizing it.
It was a day I will forever cherish!!
